A La Carte Doula Services

Are you interested in consulting a birth professional, but don't wish to or can't afford to hire a labor doula?  At Women's Massage Therapy, we are unique in our providing of a la carte doula services.  With a la carte doula services, you can schedule an individual meeting with a trained birth doula to discuss many different topics including but not limited to:

• Preparing your body for labor

• Putting together birth wishes

• Helping your partner to feel more secure about supporting you during labor

• Learning some easy massage techniques to alleviate some of the stress your body is going through 

• Common breast/chestfeeding concerns

• Dealing with colic

• Screening for postpartum mood disorders

• Talking about your birth experience

You choose the topic!  You can opt for a one time meeting, or purchase a bundle of 3 or 6 meetings.  We can meet in-person in the office or virtually.  Contact us to learn more!
