Therapeutic Massage
At Women's Massage Therapy, each massage is tailored just for you. We use a combination of Eastern and Western modalities to strike the right balance for your needs.

Japanese Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese form of energy therapy. Instead of focusing on the tissue like in a massage, a Reiki session helps to guide you to a state of deep relaxation using gentle touch to bring focus to different areas of your body and allowing you to let go of what you are holding there.
Doula Services
Everyone deserves to have a positive, well supported birth experience, but not everyone has the desire or budget for another person in the room. At Women's Massage Therapy, we offer sessions designed to help you feel prepared and confident going into your birth, or help you process afterward. You choose the topic!

Women's Massage Therapy has been a staple in therapeutic body work and birth services in Evanston and Chicago's North Shore since 2011. Amanda Tarver (she/her) LMT, RMT has been working as a massage therapist and birth doula in Chicago's North Shore since 2010. She believes that everyone deserves to live their best quality of life and endeavors to help them do so through a combination of positive, therapeutic touch and education.
